We hope you enjoy all products purchased at Watex, but we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. If we send the wrong product, or your order arrived damaged, we’re sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase.
Please email within 15 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping charges), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
